This material, is an auditory material that you will find in all Nido Montessori communities around the globe. This gourd (water-pumpkin), part of the Cucurbitaceae family, is a 100% natural material produced in SA Asia. The dried seeds in it’s interior produce a soothing and relaxing sound.

The small size and ergonomic shape, makes it ideal for an infant’s hands.
